These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Famelion (“Famelion”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.


1. Overview of Services

Famelion provides digital marketing and promotional services related to social media platforms (the “Services”). Services are delivered based on the information you provide at checkout and are subject to availability and external platform conditions.

Famelion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Google, or any other third-party platform. Platform names are used for descriptive purposes only.


2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;

  • Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

If social media promotional services are restricted or unlawful where you live, you must not use our Services.


3. Service Nature & Expectations

  • All Services are digital and non-tangible.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

  • Results may vary due to platform policies, algorithm changes, user activity, or other external factors.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, permanence, or uninterrupted service.

  • Any quantities, timelines, or performance indicators shown are informational only.


4. Orders & Delivery

By placing an order, you authorize Famelion to process your payment and initiate delivery.

We reserve the right to:

  • Delay, modify, reduce, or cancel an order due to platform conditions, technical issues, or suspected abuse;

  • Refuse service at our discretion.

Famelion is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or inaccuracies caused by simultaneous or overlapping orders placed with third-party service providers for the same account, link, or content.

If a specific order cannot be initiated or delivered, you may request a refund subject to our Refund Policy.


5. Limited Refill Policy

Some services include a limited refill policy, where applicable:

  • Up to two (2) refills within thirty (30) days from initial delivery;

  • Refills depend on platform conditions and availability;

  • This policy is not a guarantee of permanence or outcome.

Drops or fluctuations after delivery are considered normal platform behavior.


6. Payments

Cryptocurrency Payments

At this time, payments are accepted via cryptocurrency only. By paying with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that:

  • Transactions are irreversible once confirmed;

  • Blockchain network (miner) fees apply;

  • Approved refunds are subject to applicable network fees and confirmation times.

Any references to additional payment methods apply only if and when such methods are introduced.


7. Refund Policy (Summary)

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key principles:

  • Refunds are processed manually and evaluated per order, not based on a user’s total account balance;

  • Orders under $5 USD are refunded as platform balance credits only;

  • Orders $5 USD and above may be refunded only if the specific order cannot be delivered;

  • Partial deliveries may be refunded only for the undelivered portion, and only if the remaining refundable value exceeds $5 USD;

  • A 2% network/processing fee may be deducted from approved refunds;

  • For cryptocurrency payments, customers are responsible for blockchain network fees.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Famelion support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks or disputes filed without prior contact may result in:

  • Denial of the refund request;

  • Suspension or termination of service access.

Fraudulent disputes are strictly prohibited.


9. User Conduct & Communications

Users are expected to communicate with Famelion’s support team in a respectful and constructive manner.

Any form of abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or excessively aggressive communication,  including repeated messages intended to pressure, intimidate, or disrupt support operations are not tolerated.

Famelion reserves the right to limit, suspend, or permanently close support communications, and where necessary, restrict access to services due to such behavior. These actions do not affect any completed deliveries or otherwise valid refund eligibility under our policies.

In cases of severe abuse or credible threats, Famelion may refuse further communication entirely.


10. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate order information;

  • Ensuring required profiles or content remain accessible (e.g. public profiles);

  • Complying with platform rules and policies.

Famelion is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, removals, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms.


11. Third-Party Services

Our Services may rely on third-party platforms or providers. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their actions, availability, or policy changes.


12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Famelion. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Famelion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Famelion from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.


15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


16. Precedence & Entire Agreement

In the event of any conflict between:

  • These Terms of Service,

  • The Refund Policy,

  • Any site-wide information published on our homepage,

  • Product descriptions or service-specific FAQs,

the Terms of Service and Refund Policy shall prevail.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Famelion.
