This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased from Famelion (we, us, our). By placing an order on Famelion, you agree to this policy in full.

Orders below $5 USD → refunded as platform balance only.
Orders $5 USD and above → may be refunded to the original payment method only if the order cannot be delivered.
Partial deliveries may be refunded only for the undelivered portion, and only if the refundable remainder exceeds $5 USD.
A 2% deduction may apply to approved refunds to cover payment/network fees.
For crypto payments, customers are responsible for blockchain network fees.

1. General Principles
All services provided by Famelion are digital and non-tangible.
Refunds are not automatic.
Each request is reviewed individually based on delivery status and compliance with our Terms of Service.
Once an order has been fully delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Delivery
If an order cannot be initiated or delivered, customers may request a refund subject to the conditions below.
Orders under $5 USD → refunded as platform balance credits only.
Orders $5 USD and above → may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to fee deductions.
3. Partial Delivery
If an order is partially delivered:
Only the undelivered portion may be considered for a refund.
Refunds to the original payment method are available only if the remaining refundable amount exceeds $5 USD.
If the remaining refundable amount is below $5 USD, the refund will be issued as platform balance credits.
Partial delivery does not qualify as non-delivery.
4. Fee Deductions
Approved refunds may be subject to non-refundable fees, including:
Payment processing fees
Network or handling fees
For card or equivalent payment refunds, a 2% deduction may be applied to cover such costs. Any additional processing fees are covered by us as part of our goodwill policy.
5. Cryptocurrency Payments
For cryptocurrency payments:
All blockchain network (miner) fees for both the original payment and any approved refund are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed to the original wallet address only.
Network confirmation times are outside of our control.
6. What Is Not Refundable
Refunds will not be issued for:
Fully delivered orders
Drops, fluctuations, or performance changes after delivery
Orders affected by user actions (e.g. account set to private, content removal)
Orders impacted by third-party platform policies or enforcement
Free credits or promotional services
Where applicable, such situations may be handled through our limited refill policy instead of refunds.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
Contact our support team using the support channels listed on our website.
Provide your order ID and a brief explanation.
Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Approved refunds are processed manually.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized disputes filed without prior contact may result in:
Denial of the refund request
Suspension or termination of service access
Fraudulent disputes are strictly prohibited.
9. Policy Precedence
This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy, homepage content, product descriptions, or service-specific FAQs, the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy shall prevail.
10. Changes to This Policy
