This page explains how Famelion works, from placing an order to delivery and support. Our goal is to keep the process simple, transparent, and easy to understand.
1. Choose a Service
Browse our services and select the option that best fits your needs. Each service page includes:
A description of what the service provides
Estimated delivery time
Any applicable refill or limitation details
Please review the service information carefully before placing an order.
2. Provide Required Details
At checkout, you will be asked to provide the information needed to deliver the service. This usually includes:
A public username or profile link
Any additional options specific to the selected service
⚠️ We will never ask for your social media account passwords.
3. Complete Your Payment
Once the required details are entered, you can complete your purchase.
Payments are currently accepted via cryptocurrency only
Blockchain network (miner) fees may apply
After payment confirmation, your order is placed in our system.
4. Order Processing & Delivery
After your order is placed:
The order is reviewed and queued for processing
Delivery begins according to the service conditions
Delivery times may vary based on platform conditions and order volume
- To ensure accurate delivery and tracking, we recommend avoiding placing similar orders from other websites while your Famelion order is active.
Some services may start instantly, while others may take longer.
5. Monitoring Your Order
During delivery:
Your order progresses automatically
Temporary fluctuations may occur due to normal platform behavior
Drops or changes after delivery do not necessarily indicate a service issue.
6. Refills (Where Applicable)
Some services include a limited refill policy, where applicable:
Up to two (2) refills within 30 days from initial delivery
Refills depend on platform conditions and availability
Refills are not guaranteed and do not ensure permanence.
7. Refunds & Non-Delivery
If an order cannot be initiated or delivered:
You may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy
Refunds are reviewed manually and evaluated per order
Please note that fully delivered orders are not eligible for refunds.
